The Historical events at the turn of the century brought important changes
in the legal systems of countries across the Europe. The International Scientific Conference creates a unique
space for the scientific knowledge of the doctoral students and young
researchers in the presented field. The starting points for stimulating the
scientific debat are the diplomatic relations and international and national
law in different fields of law.
